Processing times
Orders received and paid before 12:00 on working days are processed and handed to the courier the same day. Orders received after 12:00, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery times in Italy
- Mainland Italy: 24-48 working hours from courier collection.
- Sicily, Sardinia and the smaller islands: 48-72 working hours.
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations: may take up to 5 working days.
The times given are estimates provided by the courier and are not a contractual obligation. Events beyond our control (strikes, weather, logistics congestion) may cause delays.
Shipping costs
- Mainland Italy – express courier: 5.90 euro
- Islands – express courier: 9.90 euro
- FREE shipping on orders over 50 euro to mainland Italy
- FREE shipping on orders over 80 euro to the islands
International shipping
We ship throughout the European Union. Costs and times are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties are payable by the recipient.
Order tracking
When the courier collects the parcel, the Customer receives a tracking code by email to follow the shipment in real time. The code is also available in the “My account” area of the Site.
Failed delivery or recipient absent
If nobody is present at the first attempt, the courier leaves a notice and tries again on the following days (normally up to 3 attempts). Once the holding period expires the parcel is returned to the sender; any additional re-delivery costs are payable by the Customer.
Damaged parcel
If on delivery the packaging shows clear signs of tampering or damage, please accept the parcel “subject to specific reservation”, stating the reason, and report it within 8 days to [email protected], attaching photographs of the parcel and its contents.
Errors in the shipping details
Please check the shipping address carefully before confirming your order. Corrections requested after the courier has collected the parcel may incur additional charges from the carrier.
