These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the site demo.kartio.ai (the “Site”), operated by CommercePilot Demo Store, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003 (electronic commerce) and Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
1. Seller identification

2. Product characteristics
The images and descriptions published on the Site are for illustration only. Slight differences in colour or appearance compared with the product delivered do not constitute a breach of contract.
3. Prices
All prices shown on the Site are in Euro and already include VAT (22%). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. CommercePilot Demo Store reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applied to an order is the one in force when the order is confirmed.
4. Conclusion of the contract
The sales contract is concluded when the Site sends the order confirmation by email. The Customer must check that the details are correct and report any errors within 24 hours.
5. Payment methods
- Advance bank transfer (the order is processed once the credit is confirmed)
- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) through a secure gateway
- PayPal
Payment data does not pass through the Site’s servers and is handled directly by the authorised circuits.
6. Availability
Product availability is updated in real time. If a product becomes unavailable after the order is confirmed, the Customer is notified within 48 hours with the option of a full refund or a replacement.
7. Statutory warranty of conformity
All products are covered by the 24-month statutory warranty of conformity under arts. 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code. To claim under the warranty the Customer must report the defect within 2 months of discovering it, writing to [email protected] and attaching proof of purchase.
8. Right of withdrawal
A consumer Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. See the dedicated page “Right of Withdrawal and Returns”.
9. Jurisdiction and applicable law
For contracts concluded with consumers, Italian law applies and the competent court is that of the consumer’s residence or domicile. For disputes with business users, the Court of Rome has jurisdiction.
10. ODR – Online dispute resolution
A consumer Customer may use the European ODR platform for out-of-court dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
